Gained Weight

Scary thing. Unlike feeling when i noticed extra part of my body has come out. Huh! This might not happen if i do exercise regularly. Need to re-scheduled everythings back.
Things that have to do
-
take only a healthy food
-
sit up every morning & night
-
take as much fruit in a day
-
drink plain water 5 glasses at least
Thing to avoid from
-
anything about bread (hahahahaa…….)
-
take nasi too much (so – so)
-
fried chicken (start eating fish ok)
-
late dinner (a must!)

biar betoi??ko btl2 gain wt ke?hehe..aku tgk2 gmbo2 ko smue elok je slim lg…
anoy said ~ gained another 1kg….but…some parts are now taking place (u know wat i mean..hehee) and i dont really like it! Try to maintain in a range of 46~48. To maintain my fitness as well
